1994年美国世界杯（英语：1994 FIFA World Cup）是第15届世界杯足球赛，比赛于1994年6月17日至7月17日在美国举行。本届是美国举行的之一次世界杯，总共有24支球队参加。巴西国家足球队最终夺冠，金球奖由罗马里奥（巴西）获得。该届世界杯取得了巨大的成功，总观众人数也以将近360万人次打破记录。

比赛将在欧洲12个城市举办，分别是荷兰的阿姆斯特丹，阿塞拜疆的巴库，西班牙的毕尔巴鄂，罗马尼亚的布加勒斯特，匈牙利的布达佩斯，丹麦的哥本哈根，爱尔兰的都柏林，苏格兰的格拉斯哥，英国的伦敦，德国的慕尼黑，意大利的罗马，以及俄罗斯的圣彼得堡。 阿塞拜疆的巴库、德国的慕尼黑、意大利的罗马和俄罗斯的圣彼得堡将承办四分之一决赛，伦敦温布利球场将主办包括决赛和半决赛在内的7场比赛。

这次比赛因为疫情的影响所以推迟了比赛的时间，24支球队将分成6组，以小组单循环得分制比赛，每组得分前两名与4个成绩更好小组的第三晋身16强淘汰赛，由十六强至决赛均采取一场决胜负的形式进行，若90分钟内打成平手，需加时赛再决胜负，两队必须完成加时上、下半场各15分钟的赛事，加时入球较多的一队胜出，若加时后打成平手则以互射点球分胜负。
